We deal with weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly records of all variations - manual or computerised - on site or in our office. Even a carrier bag full of unsorted paperwork can be formatted into accounts and used when completing your tax return.

Other than book-keeping and accounts, we also pride ourselves on a proficient service that includes the following:

Payroll

Payroll services are provided for 1-100 employees. As an agent we operate a fast turnaround and provide all the necessary paperwork with minimum disruption to the employer and his business. We send all P35's and P11's via the internet ensuring you receive any refunds that might be due to you for filing early with the Inland Revenue.

Our monthly fees (on application) are inclusive of setting up, joiners/leavers, year end on-line filing and can be carried out weekly or monthly. There is a 10% discount on payroll fees if other work such as bookkeeping or accountancy is carried out for the same business.

CIS

The 'new' CIS scheme in operation since April 2008 now includes a monthly return which has to be forwarded to the Inland Revenue by 19th of each month to avoid an automatic penalty of £100.

We have several sub-contractors and tradesmen on our books for whom we offer a complete accounting package, ensuring their tax refund is received as soon as possible from the Inland Revenue if applicable, and dealing with all their CIS vouchers being supplied or received.

A stand alone service to operate monthly CIS is also available.

Management figures

Even if you already have an accountant, we can provide a friendly intermediary service to help keep the year end cost to a minimum and also management figures throughout the year to help keep you updated on the financial situation of the business.
