Training

Sage training is provided on a one to one basis on site depending on the operator's current ability and also the requirements of the business.

As a guide, this will cost between £250 and £350 per day. However, we often recommend that 2 half day training periods can be more beneficial.

Sage Processing

We specialise in Sage and offer a complete service to include set-up, input, management and Year End reports, which can be carried out weekly, monthly or quarterly.

This can be further broken down and adapted to suit your own business needs.

For instance:

  1. Short of space or no computer available?
    We offer a flexible off-site bureau service so you can send or deliver your paperwork/records to us for regular processing and analysis (weekly, monthly or quarterly). This can include Bank Reconciliations, Debtors and Creditors Listings, Monthly or Quarterly Accounts, ie Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet. Also resolving queries, raised or generated, with the end result being a 'clean' Year End process.
  2. Already set up and input in place?
    We can help with Bank Reconciliations, Monthly, Quarterly or Annual Reports, aiding the Management process and following through to Year End if required.
  3. Already have an Accountant?
    We can do regular inputting along with reports and ledger work to consolidate all your financial records, which in turn should help reduce the Year End Accountancy cost.

Support

Short term support can be provided to help overcome holiday or sickness absence, avoiding the need to take on agency or temporary staff.

Setup

If you are a new business, or you wish to change your current method of bookkeeping, we can purchase, install and set-up Sage to link in with your own particular trade and accounting requirements.
